Dog pulls drowned puppies from water

New Zealand--Someone threw a bag of new born puppies into an estuary and their mother tried to rescue them. Neighbors nearby were awakened to her howls during the early morning hours as she paced back and forth with the bag in her mouth. Read the whole story here. This dog continued to howl for a week for her babies.
