Monty Needs a Home

Monty (about 3 years old) was hit by a train and lived to tell the tale. He needs a Forever Home. Monty’s story begins with Faith’s Hope, a Philadelphia based rescue organization specializing in special needs animal rescue. In January of 2009, Rosemary DiStefano, founder of Faith’s Hope, responded to a veterinary hospital’s plea for help on behalf of a dog who had to be given a second chance at life because the fact he was alive was simply amazing; a miracle. Days before Christmas in 2008, Monty had been hit by a passenger train that was pulling into the Montclair, N.J. train station.
