[Purists will insist that Santa Monica is not part of Los Angeles. Fine, then: rumor has it that a handful of people will also be at the Federal Building in Westwood, on the South side of Wilshire, with signs, on "protest corner." That is in Los Angeles, but it appears that the crowd in Santa Monica will be larger. With a little thought one could go to Santa Monica in the morning, and still make it to Westwood for Friday night rush-hour traffic. Instigators include the Bear Flag League (Yay!), and KFI's John and Ken (Ugh!).]
