Not that I was getting any money but Amazon has ended their honor system payment folks:
"Important message: Beginning December 11, 2008, Amazon.com will not support payments through the Amazon Honor System." If you have one on your site you too can click it and find out it is no more. Someone should lodge a complaint, dadgumit.
