What the hell happened to E. D. Hill?

Rumors abound, but someone please tell me what happened Fox News Channel's E.D. Hill? I have heard that she was taken off the air because of her reference to the Obama's fist pump as a "terrorists' fist jab" (which is jokingly what I called it when I noticed it that first time--you know when Michelle was wearing that not so off-the-rack Purple 900 dollar dress). O and that "Live Desk" kinda sucks.
